Catching Your Hearts On Fire this Saturday

What perfect way to spend your Saturday than spending it in the cinema to catch The Hunger
Games: Catching Fire. With the downpour for the past few days, I’m sure all you want to do is to sit in a big comfortable chair and watch a good movie.

It’s that time of the year to repeat, “may the odds be ever in your favor” to your friends again! Back for the second period, its promising plot is making you regret every minute you sit on that couch reading this post instead of booking the tickets to watch it. Yes, it was that good! At least to me. Catching fire definitely topped my movie list this year. The new casts of tributes this season made my heart melt. Let me show you one good reason to watch- Sam Claflin.

A short description of how significant he is to the movie: He plays Finnick Odair, a male tribute from District 4 and is known for his good looks and the youngest tribute, entering the games when he was only 14! During the Quarter Quell, his true love, Annie Cresta screams for him as part of a torture in the arena. Katniss and Peeta- eventually saw him as ally in order to survive.

Gorgeous isn’t he?
OK, let me just cut down to the chase and tell you the meat. Ever since Katniss and Peeta had won the games, they have been filling a sense of hope amongst the oppressed people of Panem.
The Capitol, fearing that they might spark rebellion, decides to control their every move.

The plot twist, you may ask?

President Snow throws them- along with other past victors from different districts (including Sam Claflin) into the blood-thirsty arena in a fight for their lives.
To convince President Snow of their “love” and for their own good, Katniss and Peeta sought desperate measures. (Here’s a hint: do you here the bells?)

Katniss showcasing the dress she was supposed to walk down the aisle for. The lengths she'd go to prove how true her love was to Peeta. Would you have fallen for it if you were the oppressed? Photo Credits: Rock Paper Watch

Alright, alright, enough with the spoilers!
Get your lazy bum to a cinema near you and waste a couple of dollars- BECAUSE YOU CAN!

What are you waiting for?!
